Return and Exchange Policy


1 Exchange Policy:

We only accept exchanges for products with obvious damages or defects.

Returned or exchanged items must be unused, in new, complete, and clean condition, and in their original packaging (if applicable). Otherwise, we cannot accept the exchange.

Each product can only be exchanged once. Previously exchanged items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Only the same product can be exchanged; exchanges for different products or refunds are not allowed (a refund will be arranged if the same product is out of stock). Every item is inspected before shipment, and if a request for exchange is made due to non-obvious damages or defects, JT-FACE reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange.


The following situations are not eligible for exchange:

    1. Products that have been in possession for more than 7 days from the date of receipt.
    2. Used products.
    3. Products that have been damaged or stained due to human causes.
    4. All gifts. In case of any disputes, JT-FACE reserves the final decision-making authority.

2 Exchange Process:

  1. Submit an exchange request within 7 days from the date of receipt.
  2. Contact our customer service in advance. (Customer service email: info@jt-face.com; Customer service hotline: 6017 1725)
  3. After confirmation by our customer service, the exchange details will be provided to the customer. The customer needs to return the item for exchange to the warehouse within 7 days.
  4. Once the warehouse receives the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the exchange criteria. After confirmation, the replacement item will be shipped via SF Express as soon as possible. If the item does not meet the exchange requirements, it will be returned to the customer (with the shipping cost borne by the customer).
